What Conditions Can We Treat?
Remedial Sports massage is not limited to preventative healthcare though, with an integrated framework for assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries your massage therapist is able to treat acute conditions like ankle sprains & muscle strains, as well as painful conditions that don’t ever seem to go away such as; stress, sciatica, tennis elbow, wry neck, headaches, lower back pain, and knee pain etc.
There are several techniques in a massage therapist’s toolkit which can be used and we will discuss these techniques with you prior to your treatment.
The pressure applied in this healing treatment can either be firm or gentle, depending on the problem.
